With an expertise in a broad range of real estate disciplines, including concept design, analytics, structured finance, investment, development, construction and asset management, ISK “Memfis” focuses on development and investment opportunities both in Moscow and Moscow region and has acquired, owned, developed and operated properties across many asset classes, including residential, office and warehouse real estate.

 

We act as investors who obtain land, prepare it for development and manage the construction process. We also spend time designing, negotiating projects and obtaining nesessary approvements for construction.

Customer service

 

Initial stages of construction imply the necessity to obtain permits and coordinate with in a number of state and municipal organizations. It's a tough job that takes a lot of time and requires special knowledge and skills.
