The first building of the residential quarter

June 23, 2017 the permission of the Ministry of the construction complex of the Moscow region was received to commission the first building of the residential quarter "Petrovsky Quarter".
Participants in the shared construction start receiving apartments.
The residential complex "Petrovsky Quarter" consists of three low-rise apartment buildings. The planning solutions of the apartments meet the modern standards of housing design, providing maximum comfort and functionality with the optimum area. A distinctive feature of the complex are the open terraces, which offer a view of the forest.
The first phase of the project includes 6 837 sq.m. The total area of the "Petrovsky Quarter" is 15 290 sq.m.
