"Chajka" residential complex: 4th block commissioning permission received

ISK Memfis reported that commissioning permission has been received for the 4th block
Building 4 is now ready to be occupied: all technical requirements (for electric power, heating, water supply and water disposal systems) have been met, elevators have been installed and are ready for start-up, improvement of adjacent territories has been completed.
On December 14, 2015, the Statement of Conformity of residential complex Chaika to technical regulations and design documentation was obtained from the main office of the State Construction Supervision Authority for Moscow region.
Administration of Chekhov municipal district confirmed that all project commitments and obligations have been successfully fulfilled by the Developer. Request for the occupancy permit has been filed with the Moscow Region Administration.
